1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing our website, listening to our DAB+ broadcast, using our mobile app, or streaming our content online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

 

2. Our Service

 

Best City Radio provides a 24-hour music and speech radio service, available via DAB+ digital radio and online streaming. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted broadcasting. We may suspend or modify our service for maintenance, technical updates, or legal reasons without prior notice.

 

3. Intellectual Property

 

All content broadcast and published by Best City Radio is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes music, programming, jingles, presenters' voices, logos, branding, graphics, website content and all audio streams.

 

- You may listen for personal, non-commercial use only

- You may not record, rebroadcast, copy, download (beyond temporary caching), or redistribute any part of our output without our written permission

- Our name, logo and branding must not be used without our consent

 

4. Acceptable Use

 

When using our website, app, email or social media channels, you agree NOT to:

 

- Use our service for any illegal or unlawful purpose

- Attempt to disrupt, hack, overload or interfere with our website, stream or broadcast signal

6. Competitions and Promotions

 

Where we run competitions, specific rules will be published alongside each promotion. By entering, you agree to those rules. Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is offered unless specified. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel any competition at any time.
